2022 Netshed - Cabernet Sauvignon
*** Enter the Description of this product
Tasting notes
A complex mixture of black currants, blackberry, and plum skin. Interwoven notes of sandalwood, vanilla bean and a hint of bay leaf play in the background. The palate is juicy and structured with pressed black fruits and black tea on the finish.
Production notes
Netshed with an increase in Cabernet Sauvignon to be varietally labeled. Fermented in a combination of concrete and stainless steel, Boushey gives us polish and volume with beautiful floral blue fruits, Southwind provides structure with perfumed herbs and dark macerated berries and Ranch gives us riper mixture of currants, cassis and plums. Serious enough to be paired with heavy dishes, but plush enough to be consumed on any occasion.
