Perfumed notes of rose petal, orange blossoms and bergamot. A streak of tangerine and watermelon comes forward with air. The palate is expansive and creamy with stone fruits and a floral finish.
Made with Pinot Noir that was whole cluster pressed from the Southwind vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley. This was barrel fermented and stirred to maximize the weight and texture that belies its light color.
